What are the hours that Movestrong™ is open?

Movestrong™ is open Monday-Friday from 7:00am-9:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am-6:00pm

Where are you located?

Movestrong™ is located in the office of Dr. Jeffery DeClaire in the Crittenton Medical Building in suite 450.

Do I need to make an appointment to use Movestrong™?

No appointment is necessary you can come whenever is convenient and a fitness specialist will always be there supervising members.

I am not a patient at the DeClaire LaMacchia Orthopaedic Institute can I still join Movestrong™?

Absolutely! Movestrong™ not only wants to improve the lives of the DeClaire LaMacchia Orthopaedic Institute patients but also the lives of individuals in the surrounding area.

I’m a physical therapy patient at the DeClaire LaMacchia Orthopaedic Institute; does my significant other get the patient discount as well?

Yes, your significant other will get the patient discount as well.

I am a Crittenton Employee; will my family and I receive a discount?

Movestrong™ is dedicated to making the Crittenton family healthy and therefore we offer special prices for Crittenton employees and their family members. Please contact us for prices and more information.

What comes with my membership?

Every member receives a FREE fitness orientation, supervision while exercising, FREE blood pressure readings anytime at the facility, one guest pass every month, discounts on personal training and wellness program fees, and our member referral program.

What is the member referral program?

Every member who refers an individual to Movestrong™ who joins receives a FREE month at Movestrong™.

Can I have a membership while I’m still a physical therapy patient?

There is no general answer it is case dependent and would be discussed between the Physical Therapist and the Director of Movestrong™.

Can I continue to do my physical therapy exercise program if I join Movestrong™?

Yes. All of the equipment will be available for use upon membership except for the physical therapy treatment tables.

What is the benefit of being in a wellness program?

Participating in a wellness program will give you more individual attention. You will receive two exercise programs designed for your specific needs if you join a wellness program. You will also receive one on one training and physical fitness assessments. Joining a wellness program will allow you get exactly what you want out of Movestrong™.

Does my insurance cover any of the fees associated with Movestrong™?

No, Movestrong™ services are not covered by most insurance companies. Some insurance companies will reimburse you for the fees with a note from your physician. If you are interested in finding out more information about this please give us a call.
