Director of Physical Therapy at The DeClaire Knee & Orthopaedic Institute, Jeff's specialization is the evaluation and treatment of orthopaedic disorders of the knee. He is also recognized as a successful practitioner for the treatment of complex biomechanical dysfunctions of the extremities and spine.
Jeff provides an innovative approach to patient care, progressive rehabilitation. His passion and desire for functional outcomes allow patients to experience simple, yet effective ways to enhance the quality of life.
Jeff earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree and Masters of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professionals in Provo, Utah. His graduate studies focused on the evaluation and treatment of biomechanical dysfunctions of the knee, shoulder and spine. Jeff completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from The University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio. As a senior, he was the recipient of the Outstanding Graduating Senior Scholar Award. Jeff also earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Macomb Community College, Clinton Township, Michigan.
Jeff is an assistant instructor of Orthopaedics and Kinesiology in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Macomb Community College. He is a Board Certified Instructor for the Continuing Education of physical therapists, athletic trainers and other health care professionals. Jeff has presented lectures to the Michigan Physical Therapy Association, Oakland University's Physical Therapy Faculty and local community organizations. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Michigan Physical Therapy Association. Jeff participated in the orthopaedic residency-training program at Bi-County Hospital, Warren, Michigan.

Asta is a licensed physical therapist specializing in orthopaedics. She joined The DeClaire Knee & Orthopaedic Institute in 2004.
Asta received a full scholarship to attend Wayne State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 1979. She began her career working at Crittenton Hospital and has served as an on-call physical therapist for many physical therapist facilities in the Rochester area.
Karen is a licensed physical therapist specializing in orthopaedics. She joined The DeClaire Knee & Orthopaedic Institute in 2006.
Karen earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Indiana University in 1986. Her career began at Crittenton Hospital and the Fitness Institute, where she worked for 16 years.
Heather joined The DeClaire Knee & Orthopaedic Institute in May 2006. She received her degree from Baker College in 2004, allowing her to practice as a licensed physical therapist assistant.
Heather believes in putting the patient first and does so through a combination of one on one attention, while also incorporating a team based approach. Heather's passion is to help others heal, and that passion is only surpassed by her love of a good joke.
Erica is a licensed physical therapist specializing in orthopaedics. She became a member of The DeClaire Knee & Orthopaedic Institute in May 2009.
Erica completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree at Oakland University. She also received a related Bachelor's Degree from Oakland University, and an Associate's Degree from Macomb Community College. Erica is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Michigan Physical Therapy Association.
Erica is a strong humanitarian and puts patient care first. Her careful attention to detail and willingness to listen makes her a great practitioner.
Erica had the privilege of working one on one with an OMPT (Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapist) during her education. She continues to practice a variety of outcome based techniques that include manual therapy, taping and muscle-energy techniques.
